Terms of Use

By downloading or using OBDrive ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Burak Sakalli ("Developer"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• OBDrive Pro features are available via a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App while driving in a manner that endangers yourself or others
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any related service or server

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that OBD2 data readings are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose (including vehicle diagnostics or safety decisions). Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on fuel consumption data or vehicle sensor readings.

7. Fuel Price Data

Fuel prices displayed in the App are fetched from third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may be approximate and may not reflect prices at your local fuel station.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the intellectual property of Burak Sakalli. OBDrive and its logo are trademarks of Burak Sakalli.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
